-Valid identification is required on arrival.
-Reservations are confirmed once payment and identity have been verified.

-No smoking inside the apartments.
-Pets welcome by prior arrangement.
-Quiet is requested between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. to respect the peace and quiet of other residents.
